Andy has been Director of the CTSI hosted UK European Consumer Centre and the European Consumer Centre for Services since 2012. He is currently engaged in a number of projects for the European Commission and the ECC Network including projects on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Online Dispute Resolution.
Linda is one of 2 dedicated ODR Contact Point advisors answering queries from direct messages sent to us from the platform's complaints messaging service. She is also a multi-skilled advisor delivering consumer advice and assistance across the UK ECC and ECCS services.
PR and Communications
Susan handles all of the Communications and PR for the contact centre, liaising with the media on press releases and coordinating European Commission campaigns with Adam on social media
Executive ODR/UK ECC
Elisabetta Sciallis is Legal Executive at the UK ECC, specialised in consumer law. She is a solicitor of England and Wales and an Italian lawyer. She has previously worked in a variety of legal environments both in the UK and overseas including Trading Standards, Italian public prosecution and as a lecturer in consumer law.
Consumer Advisor/Executive ECCS
Sonia is a multi-skilled advisor delivering consumer advice across 3 services - UK ECC, ECCS and the ODR Platform. She also joins the Executive team for one day a week dealing with the quality of the service
Lorna is one of 2 dedicated ODR Contact Point advisors answering queries from direct messages sent to the platform's messaging service. She is also a multi-skilled advisor delivering consumer advice and assistance across the UK ECC and ECCS services.
Mihaela is the contact centre's Administrative Assistant. As well as the normal day to day tasks she screens the complaints coming in to us and directs them to the appropriate advisor.
